Sea Palace Hotel - Near Gateway Of India - Mumbai

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and was impressed with the conference space and meeting rooms that provided ample 350 square feet of space. The hotel also offered complimentary wired internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby, which were all useful amenities for my work stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated concierge or personal assistant to assist with any additional requests or arrangements. It would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help make reservations or provide local information to enhance my productivity during my stay.

for dinner we chose leopold cafe, that was 700 feet from the hotel. close to the airport, 25 min drive.

Enjoyed staying here. the Bayview Cafe is just a short stroll away from this place. Definitely planning to visit again on our next trip! 🌴

The Sea Palace Hotel was a charming place to stay. The hotel's decoration had a touch of elegance and vintage charm, which I found delightful. The general areas, like the lobby and dining area, were well-maintained and comfortable. As a senior person, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

It would have been even better if the hotel had more amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms and around the hotel premises to provide extra support and stability.

The Sea Palace Hotel was great value for money with a room that, although a little run down and not the cleanest, had a fantastic view of the sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk from India Gate, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering great advice and taking care of our bags after checkout.

Breakfast delights could be better with a wider variety of options available.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is apparent throughout the hotel. The rooms with views of the harbour provide a beautiful and relaxing experience. Additionally, the location on the sea front is perfect for enjoying the coastal atmosphere and being near to all the tourist sites.

Additionally, the hotel boasts a great cafe where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, including a western option. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with basic amenities like a private bathroom and a hairdryer. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided in the rooms, including a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Lastly, the views of the harbour from the rooms were breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful sight truly enhanced my stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which always included a tasty western option.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: the location of the hotel was fantastic! It was walking distance to all the tourist spots and shops. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning. the room was always perfectly clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: the elevators were tiny and could only fit a few people, leading to long wait times. the Wi-Fi connection was weak and slow at times.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, especially in the common areas. It reminded me of the grand hotels from my younger days. The beautiful palm trees in the surrounding garden created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I found it very accessible for senior people, with easy accessibility to the commercial, shopping, and tourist areas. It made it convenient for me to explore the Gateway of India and other nearby attractions.

The only thing that I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and accommodating. A little more warmth and personal touch from the staff would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

What an incredible location! On the promenade next to the world-famous landmarks, and all the hot tourist sites within easy walking distance. We had a fantastic view from our room that overlooked the harbour. the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was simply delightful.

Spent Xmas in a lovely hotel with a great view of the ocean and a delicious breakfast! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to several key attractions. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. And, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays! It was a great stay.

The room was a bit noisy at night, and the air conditioning was not working well. , the restaurant prices were a bit high for the area.
